TheReviewRewind retains copyright except when Full Copyright Transfer is purchased. That transfer covers the final edited deliverable only; raw footage requires the separate $250 add-on.

Standard licensing terms, clearly stated
The terms below remain visible so brand and creator rights are easy to review before requesting a license.
Amazon commissions and onsite clause
Except under Full Copyright Transfer, TheReviewRewind retains the exclusive right to earn Amazon Influencer onsite commissions. Brands may not upload the video directly to Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, or product detail pages, or file copyright claims against TheReviewRewindâs onsite placement.

Raw Footage & Source Files
Full Copyright Transfer covers only the final edited deliverable. Raw footage, unused takes, project files, and source files require the separate $250 Raw Footage add-on.
Modification Rights
Paid Social Ads licenses allow minor length and format edits. Brands may not misrepresent the review, claim false benefits, or use AI to clone the creatorâs voice or likeness.
Exclusivity
Licenses are non-exclusive by default. Category exclusivity can be negotiated in writing for an additional fee.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upfront for first-time collaborations. Net terms may be available for ongoing partners.
Signed Scope Controls
The final agreement identifies the deliverable, permitted channels, usage mode, duration, modification rights, and any negotiated exceptions.
